Our ebikes typically offer a range of 45-60 miles per charge, depending on the terrain, rider weight, and the level of pedal assist used.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
VICTRIP Ebikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. High-quality tools and a detailed instruction manual are included.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a 1-year comprehensive warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components against manufacturing defects.
Can I ride my ebike in the rain?
Yes, our ebikes are IP54 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we recommend avoiding heavy downpours and never submerging the bike in water.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
