At VICTRIP EBIKE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all components and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the E-Bike
Carefully repackage the electric bike in its original factory box, ensuring the battery is secured and all protective padding is in place to prevent shipping damage.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for larger models.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
